IT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

IT support

• Ensuring a stable IT infrastructure (server, network, hardware, software)
• User support (first level) for colleagues
• Management of software licenses, backup and IT security
• Coordination with external IT service providers

Digitalization & Innovation

• Participation in the further development of our company processes
• Contributing ideas for modern solutions (e.g. automation, AI-supported tools)

ERP project support

• Interface between specialist departments, management and ERP service provider
• Support with the introduction of the new ERP system
• Ensure that internal requirements for the external agency are clearly defined and implemented

Your profile:

• Completed training or studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and IT security
• Experience in user support or IT administration
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with ERP topics
• Enjoy understanding processes and introducing new solutions
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
