Information about your training

This involves rotating through all departments to familiarise yourself with the company.

You can get to know our second plant in Austria for a few weeks.

Regular further training will also help you to progress outside the workplace.

With us, you are allowed to make mistakes – they are important for your development.

You can and should ask questions! We should all ask ourselves whether we can improve things.

We will support you beyond your training.

If you successfully complete your training, you are guaranteed employment as a skilled worker.

After your training, you have the opportunity to become a master craftsman.

Apprenticeships and requirements

Machinist
  • Interest and willingness to learn
  • Interest in craftsmanship and basic skills
  • Basic understanding of logic
  • Secondary school leaving certificate
  • Grade 3 in the main subjects German and maths
Technical product designer
  • You enjoy geometric shapes, numbers and measurements
  • You like working on a PC and ideally have basic knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You can spot technical relationships and have spatial awareness
  • You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
Industrial management assistant
  • You like solving commercial issues and working with numbers
  • You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
  • You have a good intermediate school leaving certificate or Abitur
  • You have good knowledge of German and maths
