SALES EMPLOYEE (M/F/D)

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional and timely processing of customer orders
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Customer care (contact management and customer correspondence)
• Preparation of offers including selection of technically suitable products
• Price calculation using existing possibilities
• Exchange of information with the sales force
• Creation of correspondence and documents in accordance with corresponding specifications
• Coordination of order processing (obligation to other departments in the event of a need for clarification)
• Monitoring of delivery dates
• Supporting other departments in day-to-day business

Your profile:

• At least completed commercial/technical training
• Preferably successfully completed studies: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (min. B-Eng.)
• good IT skills
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Organizational strength and reliability
• High level of commitment and flexibility
